Professional Experience
Kathryn has years of experience assisting community associations. She has spoken to many community and industry groups on issues such as deed restriction enforcement, general counsel matters, collection of assessments, and other financial issues facing associations today. She has drafted and taught courses involving community association law, asset recovery, and the necessary skills and traits for those working in the industry. Kathryn is experienced in all aspects of community association law from drafting resolutions to long-term litigation and legislation.
