Quentin also represents condominium developers in the formation of documents for their newly created planned communities and condominiums.

After years of defending clients against both criminal and professional negligence claims, Emily was introduced to community interest law and has served as general counsel for associations to ensure statutory compliance, compliance with governing documents, pursuing foreclosure actions and successfully defending associations.
